The first stop in initiating any court action in civil, criminal or domestic relations court matters; collect and disburse court ordered fees, fines, restitution in an expedient manner; receive, distribute and preserve official court documents; and issue/maintain all motor vehicle and watercraft titles in Lake County.
Restoring professionalism to the office which has been marred by chaos and dysfunction. I understand the role of Clerk of Courts from a unique perspective having been both a judge and attorney. I have a proven track record and the leadership skills necessary for modern trial court administration.
